😱 2026 could be a defining year for crypto, no longer about cycles or ideology. 🏦 It’s about mass adoption, TradFi moving onchain, and crypto finally unhitching itself from the 4-year halving narrative. 🎙️ In a new @edge_pod dropping today, investor @HadickM explains why this shift represents the biggest opportunity ahead. "Listen, you can be ideological about the reason you went into this space, whether it's political, whether it's because you really believed in, you wanted to go back to a different monetary system. You really wanted to be able to have self sovereignty again. And, I understand that that's a big part of the reason that a lot of people came into the space. And for many years, that was what dominated the conversation. It dominated a lot of the, just the innovation in the building that was happening. It dominated some of the venture capital that went into the space. But we've kind of moved on from that now. And I think this is part of what's, you know, kind of tearing at a few people... The biggest part of the stablecoin industry that's growing today is actually B2B use cases. It's not actually anymore like P2P use cases or global south dollar access use cases. So what's become clear is that we're now at the time where my focus, I think the focus, a lot of the venture capitalists, a lot of, you know, just call it the headlines and what people are talking about and what people are building towards has been about how do we bring mass adoption? How do we bring the corporates on chain? How do we bring a broad set of users on chain? And that is now the defining part about crypto. We have, you know, Caroline Pham from the CFTC is on CNBC every morning talking about how we can now use, you know, crypto and Bitcoin as a collateral asset for, you know, trading, right? These are the types of things that are getting the vast majority of people, I think really excited. And if you're going to continue building in this space, it's not that you can't continue to be ideological, but that is now where most of the money and interest is probably going to be flowing. And so that is the phase that I think is defining where we are today and will define where we are next year and in the years coming."
